Just found out someone placed a judgment on my credit report while our case is pending? how can I fix this?

It the only court case I have even been involved in. Since I first asked the question, I have called the court and they state NO Judgment has been rendered, they have no idea how this could have happened. They asked we forward a copy of that portion of our credit report and they will investigate for fraud. Thanks for the replies.
